Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Recentify mobile application ("App") operated by Recentify ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Recentify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Recentify is a follower analytics tool that allows users to view publicly available information from Instagram profiles, including recent follows in chronological order. The App provides insights into Instagram accounts using publicly accessible data.
Recentify offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Recentify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Recentify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Recentify accesses publicly available information from Instagram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram is subject to Instagram's own terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
